Lilthing yeah, I seen that I was confused for a minute, then I seen the 9790 comb. I missed that twice. for N.Y. Dang!! My dream was trying to tell me too. I hate to be a downer, but it sounds like your unconscious mind is telling you (based on the dream elements as presented) that playing the lottery for you (at least for now) is a losing proposition.

You have a dream situation where you are immediately financially punished for indulging your free will to play the lottery; seems pretty cut and dry to me.

In my dream, it was raining hard and I drove my car into my local 7-11 and I parked my car at the handicapped spot since there isn't any space. I went inside and put down the lotto number. When I came out a ticket lady was writing up on my car. I beg her and cry and the ticket amount was $380. This dream wasn't vivid at all.

What is the meaning of this dream. I woke after I found out how much the parking ticket have cost me.
