I have been looking around and I have a few questions. Who is really good at hitting the P3 and P4 in N.C.

Also, when I am looking at members predictions are the predictions they post in order any order? Such as the numbers towards the front are favorites, etc. I noticed they aren't in chronological order and I was wondering if there was a reason behind this based on how someone feels about their picks.
