I remember , back in the eary 80's at San Mateo, they a pick-6 that was around a million. Not a quarter bet, but a $2 bet. I missed the first race, then hit the next 5, felt sick to my stomache. Two college kids from UC-Berkely, standing 10 ft from me, hit it. Before the sixth race, they were going nuts!!!! You should have seen them, when the horses were coming down the stretch!! They were screaming!!!! I will never forget the looks on their faces. It was a nice afternoon.
