Greetings. Here is my two cents worth: its one up and one down using the 9528, one up would be 0 and one down would be 4 and one up would be 3 and one up would be 7. So your picks would be 0437. All the other combinations come from the three groups, just mix and mesh and how is that to add to your confusion. Thanks. AL.

Depending on the system being played Power 9 Matrix goes back the last 9 draws with most recent,Pick 3 /Pick 4 -Power Pick 4 Matrix goes back 20 draws from most recent back...

Just follow the rules and use the last 20 draws.Keep the midday and evening draws seperated.Use the sum total and positional analysis to narrow your games play down.The last 100 draws are best to use for Sum Total and Positional Analysis just keep them updated with the most recent draws.They same system will work with EASY 5 / CASH 5 and Lotto games just use the last 15 draws for these games.

You will need the last 20 draws,They digits then would be put into columns digit 1 ,digit 2 ,digit 3 digit 4 with the most recent in the 20 position.... When you reading the matrix its from top to bottom...For a digit to be a Power Pick it must be drawn at least 3 or 2 times in each column starting with the 1st Ten at Top.

You can you could do it either way with the 9 becoming a 1 or 0.Both system are working ...I tried Gail Howards system its ok..I'm use the old fashion method of pen and paper.The Matrix system works give it a try..I used it with pick 3 ,pick 4 ,easy 5 and lotto.I'm in Houma..

With your post highlighted above, the up numbers increase one, and the down numbers decrease by one. So wouldn't the 1341 actually be 1349, with the 0 backing up to 9, not raising to 1? The number above the 0 is 1, that's fine, but the number below should be 9 shouldn't it? Just wondering if you feel the 1 was going to hit instead of the 9 so you picked that instead.

The previous post seems okay,

Give it a try...You may have to use the last 8,10 or 12 past draws for your state...I have hit at least 4-5 times a week with this system of Game play.Simplicity is the way to play all games of chance..Even with Lotto,Powerball/MagaMillions and Easy 5/Cash 5 use the last 12 draws the same way.........

Read the colums from top to bottom ,you should have a power pick number from each colum,the power pick is a number that is drawn 3-2 times.All ways use at least 1 power play number drawn 3 times in any position 1,2,3 or 4 the other umbers can be a power play drawn at least 2 times.Use the sums totals for the last 8,10 or 12 games.Remember,each state you may have to use either the last 8.10 or 12 games.The sum totals wll give you the range of the next draw for mid-day or evening draw.

I was wondering, when you do your power picks from the last 12 draws, you are using only 3 of the numbers and usually your 4th number in a pick is not a power number..so how do you determine which 4th number to play?
