Texas does it and you dont see nothing going wrong with Texas...

The Texas lottery like another other state run lottery is owned by the people and all records are public so you can't buy the pre-draw test results and assume ownership.

But that's still a pretty cool idea charging people to see your pre-draw test predictions and hopefully nobody will notice they can't collect a dime for matching the test results.

Not a bad idea...You know how they can be predictions websites and how: 4,000 people can each pay: $10 a month for predictions numbers and how: 4,000 x $10 a month = $40,000 x 12 month = $480,000, almost: $500,000...if is: $15 x 40,000 = $720,000 a year...

What if you sign an agreement and make the people who subscribe to your company sign an agreement where they can not release the pre-test numbers they can only use it for personal use, kind of like movies you can buy a movie but you can not... [ More ]
