			<description><![CDATA[<p>Texas does it and you dont see nothing going wrong with Texas...<br /><br />The Texas lottery like another other state run lottery is owned by the people and all records are public so you can&#x27;t buy the pre-draw test results and assume ownership.<br /><br />But that&#x27;s still a pretty cool idea charging people to see your pre-draw test predictions and hopefully nobody will notice they can&#x27;t collect a dime for matching the test results.<br /><br />(where do I find the tongue-in-cheek emote</p>]]></description>
