I'm in PA too and never heard the bet type: superbox.

It's superstraight.

I believe in some other states, a superbox bet is possible but do not know the particulars.

In PA if you play superstraight as explained above by Stack...you're covering all ways a number can be drawn. It's a 3 way for a double number

and a 6 way for a single.

I play my doubles superstraight plus straight and singles straight/box with more on the straight for ones that look strong.

Simply put, when you play a Super Straight on 455 you're playing 545 and 554 straight too. The payoff is the same as hitting the number straight; $500 for a $1 bet and $250 for a 50 cent bet. It's almost the same as box bet with the exception of the ticket cost and the payout. A 50 cent box on 455 costs 50 cents while a Super Straight costs $1.50. The payoff for boxing 455 for $1.50 is $240 and the SS pays $250.

The cost of a 50 cent six-way number like 425 is higher because you're playing 42... [ More ]

I'm in PA

Say if I Super Boxed a double like 455 for $.50 and another number like 425 for $.50

and then

Super Straight a Double like 644 for $.50 and then another number like 417 for $.50

Particulary, I was wondering what the payouts where and do you normally superbox/straight your numbers
