Maybe the distribution of high and low numbers are no different than the distribution of any other 28 numbers. When I compared a group of odd and even numbers, I got similar results.

I ran some figures

376,740 combinations of 6 low numbers in 28

376,740 combinations of 6 hi numbers in 28

15 pairs in 6 the low

20 trays in the 6 hi

if you had all 5 numbers in your 12 numbers selected then

for a 70% chance of matching the 2 low with 3 hi would take 210 tickets

and

for a 80% chance of matching the 2 low with 3 hi would take 240 tickets

or for a 2-3 and 3-2 split it would take 792 tickets if all 5 numers were in the 12

Most posters who come to LP have to figure there are players here who follow the lotteries a little closer than the average players so they probably have some software(commercial or home made) to do a simple search. To know how many high and low numbers have hit, they just search the last 521 records since the last matrix change with a group of numbers(1-28)

I noticed something...my advice....

A = 1-28 B = 29-56

1. AABBB =176

2. AAABB =165

All in the AABBB for example, the AA they fall in different 5 s...for example if: 3 plays the second A will be in: 6-10 or 11-15....The same is with the: BBB the first B will fall on one 5 s the second B will fall on another 5 s and the third one will fall on another 5 s....

the same is with the AAABB...And you keep them: 2/3 or 3/2...And there is the: 3/2 2/3 Even/Odd....

It always surprises me when new posters come to LP and just throw out figures off the top of their heads when it's so easy to do an actual count. They must think other lottery players are as lazy as themselves and will accept any figures they post with a percentage sign.

This is proof? I'm sure the numbers low, and high, and vice versa sometimes fall within your parameters, but you still have to pick the right numbers. I doubt it very much that by doing it this way, it will improve your odds of winning by 70 to 80%.

The last time I played MegaMillions, this was the break down for high and low numbers.

A = 1-28 B = 29-56

1. AABBB =176

2. AAABB =165

3. ABBBB = 81

4. AAAAB = 77

5. AAAAA = 12

6. BBBBB = 9

This is part of my home made system that I mentioned in the post I made earlier.

Are you kidding? Listen Sport, all RJOH said was that you need to back up your system with numbers... because just saying it doesn't make it so. 70 to 80% using your system? Prove it with the math.

let me tell you something about some of theys so called lottery book out there, that claim they have a sweet system that can win them the big jackpot. For example that guy larry blair, is real name is M. Anderson that won $200,000.00 then writting a so called full proof way to win.

I've been a LP member too long to just settle for a few QPs. There are LP members who like QPs, but I'm not one of them. I've only come close to winning a jackpot once, but it's not from a lack of trying it hasn't happened more.

I like to hear a better way to pick numbers, i bet you pick your numbers by quick pick... let me tell you about quick picks, doing case studies on people playing quick picks...that a lazy way to lose your money.... and another thing about quick picks is, chances of winning a jackpot is 1 in 1,567,000 to hit, theres your proof.

Pick 6 white balls of the lower rang from: 01 thou 28, then Pick 6 white balls from the higher rang from: 29 thou 56.

And....now your mega balls...

Pick 6 mega balls of the lower rang from: 01 thou 23, then Pick 6 mega balls from the higher rang from: 24 thou 46.

Now using the high/low or low/high system:

Rang your number picks for the white balls: 3 high/ 2 low, or 3 low/ 2 high....
