			<description><![CDATA[<p>A question or two:<br /><br />Doesn&#x27;t PA, like many states, do several test draws before the official one?<br /><br />And I heard they rotate ball sets from about a dozen different sets?<br /><br />Wouldn&#x27;t this dilute any trend research using only the official numbers?<br /><br />Is there any way to get the numbers for the test draws</p>]]></description>
