Thanks sully, I forgot about the little issue of the microchip in the neck and the fact that perfect fairness would dictate that we all have the same numbers.

Let me know if you hear about any of your friends or family members or anybody else saying anything negative about this. That would be wrong thinking.

In all fairness we should have our special set of numbers programmed in the micro-chip we will all be required to have inserted into our necks.

The lottery should be mandatory with ticket prices deducted out of your paycheck or bank account each week unless you are downtrodden, then they will be free.

There will be no need for you to know what your numbers are. The government will choose them and they will be assigned for life.

The government will conduct drawings as it deems necessary. There will be no need for anyone to know when or how often or what the results were.

Can't say for sure right now. I'd have to let the newness wear off before I make a decision. I'd have to see if any major problems seem to be developing such as no wins and too many wins. etc.........

If I like what I see then sure I'd throw my hat into the lottery pool.

No paper? It could come to that, but that was tried in elections and I like the old way. I want th e ticket in my hand.

I would not play otherwise because I just do not trust a method that can be corupted.

That's what happens now when there's a raffle, only different is all the combinations sold are thrown into the drawing pool so someone wins for sure. If it was treated like a regular lottery then it would be like selling tickets in a raffle in which no one might win. Would you buy a ticket in a raffle in which the winning numbers drawn might not have been sold? I wouldn't.

I do not play jackpot games because their lower-tier prize payouts are very unfair. I would consider playing them again only if the prize is at least 25% of the odds - I don't care if the jackpots are lower. I play only the Pick-3 and the Pick-4.

Let's just say, for grins, that Pumpi and some unnamed members here at LP formed some kind of environmental lottery allegiance that outlawed playslips, just to save paper you see (I told you, this is just for grins).

So because of that the jackpot games are still available but the only tickets are quick picks. Telling the clerk the numbers is done away with to save time. Would you still play?

* For option 8 I know that's not how raffles really work, but.......
