destinycreation, I have done it both ways and I think the results are better if you keep the draws separate. It seems that biases are more pronounced in the individual draws. Just my observation. However, when looking for a cold number to exclude, using both draws can help.

Do you use All Midday, All Evening, or a Combination of Midday and Evening draws ??? Because your Hot/Cold Number Results would be different with a Combination of Midday and Evening, as opposed to Straight Mid or Straight Eve.

threetowin, use any draw history you want. I use ten draws. Seven would be OK too (but you'll have more ties). I wouldn't use any more than 12 draws.

Suggestion:

When you have 'ties' in your hot/med/cold rankings, break ties with ascending order. This will improve the overall sums consistency of the combos generated.

Balanced hot/cold Pick 3 wheel

This wheel produces 12 combos whose hot/med/cold digits are scientifically balanced.

It uses nine digits and each digit is repeated four times. At least one of the top three hottest digits will be in 11 combinations.

Eliminate the coldest digit. Assign letters to the other nine digits. Use letter A through letter I. The hottest number should be A, the second hottest B, the third hottest, C, etc...the second coldest digit should be I.
