Here we go again...discovered a program that wheels 13 numbers to guarantee 5.

Does anyone have a program to confirm 1287 lines [of 5 numbers] will cover the 13 numbers to guarantee 5?

Took several days to set up computer for the 203 13 number wheels. After printing, will complete wheels, and be on hold to transcribe to lottery forms.

It will no doubt take several months (if ever) for 1st prize to match previous of $667,000. Yes, I would settle for less.

What if any system were you using. How many numbers and sets did you play to get all five

numbers even if not on the same line. On average how many 3 of 5 did you win per play.

Florida has only 36 numbers ........should have been easier than 39 and still did not make it to the win of the Jackpot .

Eveyone of us has a dream of thinking that we can beat the odd.............but i think we need a little bit of luck with that.

There is nothing wrong about having that dream............that's what keep us going ..........I do hope you get reward on your effort and luck for the Jackpot.

I have won few times 4 numbers in fantasy 5.

4 numbers often paid less than $100.

I also have won 3 numbers on fantasy 5 paying as much as $24.50 for 3 numbers.

i was buying $20 everyday for three months ................and did not make it on the win of 5 numbers .

Few days i even put $40 and did not do any better .

I often had all the numbers chosen but they were not on the same winning line.

Consider this. Many of the lines would contain the same 4 numbers. The odds for a 4 of 5 win in a

5-39 game are 3387 to 1. If there are at least 10 lines that contain that contain a certin set of 4

numbers then would not the odds of choosing a line of 13 be 1 in 20.3 for a 4 of 5 win with only 166 sets.

I built a program years ago to use this type of system but did not have the list and gave up on building

one. I think this has very good things that could be done with it.

Correction on previous...and found previous results would have yielded if not one five, at least one four, and at the most 8 four's not taking in account multitude of three's and two's. (Referring to 203 lines listed).

According to the book Lotto Wheel Five To Win by Gail Howard, 13 numbers, 4 of 4 win would require 166 lines times 203 equals 33,698.

This past weekend first prize paid $667,000. I have mad worse wagers in Las Vegas and Laughlin. (Not to the extent of that amount). Having an additional eleven risk takers I could accept. Approximately $3060 for a possible $40,000. Not a bad wager.

I received the following response with 203 lines required.

In Coverage design your question would

be converted to v=39, k=13, t=4 as C(39,13,4).

The link to the lowest current guaranteed 4 numbers list is 203 and it

was created by Jan de Heer and Steve Muir.

It would depend on how well balanced the lines of 13 were.

Consider this, Lets say that you formed 3 lines of 13 using

all 39 numbers only once, each line would contain 715

sets of 4. The 3 lines of 13 would contain only 2145 sets.

There are 82,251 sets of 4 in 39 numbers. If you could

arrange the lines without any repeats of 4 then it would

take 82,251 / 715 = 115.04. However this cannot be done

to my knowledge. There are 8,122,425,444 sets of 13 in

39. If
