The Illinois Joy someone was a Christmas promotion which also included Christmas themed envelopes with the Illinois Lottery rainbow logo to put the gift tickets in.

For the jackpot games they used to have a TV and radio jingle similar to the Kentucky one, Someone's going to lotto, it may as well be you .

Not a motto, but you have to love it, most states post Results not in if you go to their website prior to a drawing. Maine says, Not yet .

I think New Jersey ought to come out with a new Soprano's Scratcher ticket.

The slogan could be:

Buy a ticket or we'll break your freakin' legs
