At least almost all your tickets won, though, and you broke even. I've had days where I'll spend $40-$50 lately and get nothing back. Haven't been breaking even much. I agree - at least put out one of those $25 tickets - or above. They haven't had one in a long time.

I have played #14 on Mega Multiplier and Cash Fever enough to safely say it is a very unlucky number right now. Lost yet again on #014 Mega Multiplier. Bad days today and yesterday. Perhaps I should just go slow until the new tickets at the end of Feb. The February tickets aren't worth it at all in my experience - worst I've ever seen.

Hi, CarHauler - sorry to hear that. I'm thinking about getting a roll for my birthday in May. I'm surprised there were that few winners. It shows the cold rolls are out there.

Didn't fare much better - only spent $30 on new tickets today and got back $10. Diamonds 7s #036 and #037 both lost. Those numbers seem toi be unlucky on the $10 tickets that go to #59. Pot O' Gold #082 won $10, but that just paid for the 5 $2 tickets.

Don't give up on the Diamonds 7s, dr65 - I've gotten at least one win out of two or three tickets - and today #019 won $50. Your experience may vary, though. I haven't been as lucky on Cash Fever as you have. #023 lost. I think #022 had a better chance as I never get a Cash Fever win on #021 or #023.

It may be different by state, but in NY I definitely feel like the big winners are towards the end. From #45-50...I bought two $10 rolls for 500 a piece and both had $100 and $50 winners towards the end. My biggest win so far was also on #46, which was $250 on a win for life spectacular. This is part of why I have bad results with the vending machines, I'd rather know the ticket number

Had an extensive talk with the clerk at BP today he preached to me if you want to win play # 000 to # 003 he said 99% of tickets that win $100 - $1,000 at his store are those numbers. When he saw me playing the middle numbers on Gold Rush he expected me to lose money, and I did.

Believe it or not, dr65, I won $40 on Hershey's Kisses Cash today. Number #045. Now if I hadn't bought ten of those Sizzlin' Sevens only to get $4 back, I would have had more of a profit. I bought more Sevens to try to build up. But looks like I'll have to try a different way next time.

Might as well switch to MMM again as BWS has been terrible. Even the low 90s on it can't win anymore. I've gotten about 5 losers in a row on it. It has been a long time since I've won something major on MMM - including the beginning of the roll - but it's worth a try.

What $10 ticket has been winning $100 for you the most in that range? I agree - when I get the end of the roll on a $10 ticket, I never seem to win. I hate that, because it takes the thrill out of the end of the roll.

Finally got something decent on the Mega Multiplier - $100 on #26. $10 with a 10x multiplier. Nothing super special for a new $20 ticket, but it makes up for losses on it.

The Sizzlin' Sevens have gotten very mundane, though. Got five today, #50-54, with no wins. And when I do win lately on them, it has been 1 out of 5 or 6 tickets for $2, $3, or $5.

I tried 5 White Ice 9's yesterday and got a white 9 with a prize amount of $10 - with the white 9, it multiplies the prize 9x...so I was a bit surprised

to see the $10 there and not a $1 winning prize amount. Total win $90!

And this for a $2 ticket and an older one at that. The ticket number was 002...that was another surprise.

These new games in PA are strange. They just aren't stocking them - haven't even seen the $2 in Giant yet. They only get the $20 and $1 tickets in. Multiplier is still a waste of time for a $20 game. And the old games just don't produce as many winners or big prizes. So there's a dilemma. I've gone 0/4 yesterday and 0/2 today on tickets. Seems you just can't keep any kind of a winning streak going.

Hi - I've won $100 on the last two sets of $2 games - Jingle Bell Doubler and Sizzlin Sevens. But I played a lot of $2 games before that with no $100 wins. I kept trying and trying with BlackJack. So I think it was just luck and they wouldn't be better than what you are playing. I was playing more $2 games lately to build up wins again since I was losing.

As a supplement they are better than a total replacement of $10 and $20 games.

The Sizzlin' Sevens have defintely had their bad streaks, but I've gotten good hits twice. Remember, there was also the 4 winners in a row for $47 total. Congratulations on that one. That is an excellent win, especially on a $2 ticket. How much do you spend percentage wise on the $2 tickets as compared to the others? What are you playing the most? Hi, CarHauler - had a better day today. Keep playing smaller, and there's a good chance your luck will come around. Put in $23 and got $105 today.

#89 Sizzlin' Sevens won $100. My second $100 win on a $2 ticket. Got a 77 symbol, three $7 matches, and a $2 match. The three from the other machine lost, and by pure luck, I got one from the other machine before I left. That was the winner. Odds of winning $100 on the game are almost 1 in 3,000, so that was lucky.

I did end up playing Mega Millions, and I used the megaplier on 5 out of 6 tickets. I got the gold ball on two of them, one with megaplier($8) and one without($2). I would have made $16 if I had used megaplier on both, instead of $10. If you do decide to play Mega Millions, I would use the Megaplier.

I have struck out on the last 3 Georgia Lottery Black tickets. 015, 022 and 026 all lost. I think I am making marginally more money out of the machines, as that cuts down on employees playing, at... [ More ]

No, not Powerball or Mega Millions. Those have jackpot odds of 1 in 195,249,054 and 1 in 175,711,536, respectively. Those are astronomical odds. I have hit 3 out of 5 on Fantasy 5 a few times, but this is the first time that I had 4 out of 5 numbers, but I did not play them. I don't have a playslip, but I do have a file with a timestamp to prove this. Although Fantasy 5 might only pay out $50,000 to $500,000 on average, it has jackpot odds of 1 in 575,757. Hi, CarHauler - I almost never win on Powerball or Mega Millions. Maybe I should look into the systems more, but I occupy myself with the scratch-offs a lot already. Hope your luck improves. I still have quite a few days when I get 1/2 or less of my money back on scratch-offs.

I am so mad at myself. Last year, I decided that draw games were not for me because I was losing so much more at them than on instant games, but that was when I was buying $2, $3 and $5 games and only spending $5 to $10 a day at the most. #28 on Million Dollar Mega Multiplier won $40 - nothing special, but might make me try the game again. Glad it won because this time #008 Cash Fever lost.

Got the same area of Sizzlin Sevens as when I got lucky - #66-73 - but this time 2 winners of $2 each. Maybe it was a fluke win before.

20x the Money from #25-28 just had one winner for $5. Winner was #28.

Our GA Lottery Black ticket is better than yours in Florida, but then again ours is a $10 ticket instead of $5. The games with the same dollar amount seem to as a whole blow away GA games with much better odds down there. Looking at those odds makes me wish that I lived in Florida! I sure will play when I go there from now on.

Well, Million Dollar Multiplier multiplied all right again - both #4 and #5 lost - it multiplies zeros! But then good old Cash Fever made up for the losses a bit, with #29 (last ticket) winning $100. I think you are right to stop the MDM - but you know how it is. You think you'll find that big win.

Exactly right about the symbols. #39 Money Money Money had a $$$ symbol - but only $5 under it for $15 total.

Here are the results of my New Year's eve purchase.

I grabbed tickets 21 to 25 of Billion Dollar Blockbuster,

Tickets 23 and 25 were $25 each continuing to result in a 50% payout that I have had on this game. Haven't played it

all that much but it has big prizes so I gave it a try. Now I'll be back to playing lower priced tickets and Fantasy 5 more often for 2011.

Don't know if it's a lucky area all the time, but #66-69 on Sizzin' 7s were all winners today - a $35 winner, a $3 winner, a $7 winner, and a $2 winner.

Losing too much on the Million Dollar Multiplier, though. It and 20x the Money did badly today. I'm going to stick to the $2 games pretty soon.

Here are some lucky ticket numbers from my area in Florida. A couple stores staple the winners to a bulletin board, I took a picture of it but it's not clear enough to post.

I found the Multiplier ticket today. Ticket number 014 won twice on one line - $10 each then had a multiplier of 5x so 5 x $20 is $100, that's okay.

I have to go and check out the website for payout amounts, I want to see what the lowest prize can be with the 50x multiplier.

Hershey's can go melt somewhere, I looked at it in the bin and laughed...left them right where they were. They think they can tempt me with

Exactly, ive been telling all the people i know who play tickets to keep and eye out. Are all the new tickets on recall, i seen the hersheys and bought one and won 5 on ticket 15, i seen the 2 dollar sizzling sevens but didn't buy one. Im hoping for the mega millions or my millonare raffle ticket to pay off. I'm going to most likely be giving up scratchers as of jan 1st...for awhile lol

Greedy state! The clerk (owner actually) at the beer store said the same thing. Took off the codes and now they had to recall the $1 tickets because the scanner wouldn't read winners. Couldn't get any new games there because of the re-call. I managed to find a new $5 ticket (Hershey's one) somewhere else, but I started off with 4 losers from #51-54. BWS #93 also lost. Got a $200 Cash Fever winner today! Number was #008. Got a FEVER symbol with $10 under it - first time I've seen that symbol. I will have to scan the ticket and post it in the winning tickets thread. #008 has won 3 times in a row - $40, $20, and now $200.

Profit was only $110 because I got 5 Money Money Money losers in a row (from #44-48.) That area used to be great, but I've found out the hard way that it isn't anymore. Still a good day

With the machines it is hard if not impossible to keep up. The best you can hope for is to determine how many tickets have been sold for the particular game that you are playing, and then it is only possible if you buy another ticket, and see that it came from the same pack. I have hung around and watched what people bought for short periods of time, but that is a little strange. I feel a little odd when I do that. I need to get a job in a grocery store as a cashier or bag boy.

Yeah, on new games, the end of the roll (or beginning if it goes down) can be interesting. Not the case with Winner Green so far, but I remember a while ago I got $100 on #59 Money Money Money. The last ticket on Cash Fever still hits sometimes - though last time it was for $20. Since I play the machines, it's harder to avoid those areas that aren't doing well.

Part of it has to do with timing and luck. 2 of the $100 winners were the first ticket in the book (029 and 014). It is for this reason that I will always buy those ticket numbers if available. BTW, #22 on 2nd Edition Bingo actually won $10. But some BWS tickets at the end of the roll all lost, so I ended up in a deficit for the day. Don't know what it is lately about the end of the roll on $10 tickets.

I don't know if there is an actual law, but it is a rule of theirs. Not sure how bound the PA Lottery is to follow it. They usually tell me if someone won $500 or more at the store, and they did not in the timeframe this happened in. Also, I always lose when I get #15-23 - the same area. Hard to tell for sure, but I do know Cash Fever isn't what it used to be.

I still love those $100s. It took me a year to get over that amount, so it's hard unless you play tons - and even then there is no gua... [ More ]

Hell, I will post all of the odds, side by side. You can then decide what prize you are shooting for, and which tickets offer you those odds for the same amount of money. If I want to win $100, I have to decide if I want the odds to be 1 in 32, 1 in 100, or 1 in 1,000. Kind of makes it obvious, at least to me. I am not shooting for any wins of less than $100, period.

I don't think we have any such formula in GA. Have you actually found that law that outlines the formula? I would be curious if we have such a law on the books. You say you are pretty sure that there was 9 losers in a row, but what none of us knows is if there wasn't a big winner, such as a $500 winner in that pack. I understand.. thing is, I'm pretty sure I saw 9 losers in a row, and they were in the same wastebasket as though someone played a lot of tickets at once. I have lost in those same areas. TNTicketlosers quit after seeing 8 losers in a row on a $20 ticket in his state, so I'm sure you know how I feel. I know they can put up to 9 legally in PA due to their formula, but it's still a lot. I really wouldn't be cynical, but I understand. I used to be too, until I realized that long strings happen in every game, and that it almost certainly means that there is a good chance that a big winner accompanied it, either before or after. I have played Maximum Green a total of 5 times now, and of that, two were losers, one won $100, and two won $25, for a total of $150. If I keep up with numbers like that, I will be very happy.
