Tribal casinos do flaky things.

When the casinos were spreading to midwestern riverboats, Mississippi, Iowa and other places tribal casinos would put want ads in Nevada and Atlantic City newspapers that concluded:

WE ARE A NATIVE AMERICAN PREFERENCE EMPLOYER

(Let anyone else try getting away with something like that).

I worked on an Illinois casino river boat with a few people who had worked in tribal casinos. They said that om prder to open up they would recruit from other casinos,

That is a scary story. I realize a casino is considered a private club and can exclude whoever they chose, but it seems they just didn't want to pay up.

This has become a legal, nasty, but common practice heard of at Tribal casinos- that play scared money.

Some may recall a malfunction call at a slot $$$ jackpot at a similar casino in Arizona. After a Mexican citizen lady hit the jack, technician advised that they needed time to verify, when the unsuspecting player returned the techs made an unsubstantiated claim that there was a malfunction and as per rules therefore she disqualified for the payoff.
