I would get an apartment in Tornado Alley and spend my summers (and some spring weekends) there so I can see awesome thunderstorms. I would not want to live there in the winter because it would be too cold. I'm not sure what else I would do with the money. Maybe become a stormchaser / cartoonist

I'd get a BMW 335is Coupe or an Infiniti G37 Coupe as my first big splurge (paying off student loans would probably be one of the first actions but that's not really a splurge). At least that's my thought as of now, if I win I plan on taking a trip to New York where I can just relax (getting a hotel up in the sky and viewing the city is my idea of relaxation) and decide what to do with the winnings (since I would have a much different mind set AFTER winning than the current 'what if' mind set)....
