Looking at it from an astrology point of view it doesnt really matter where you buy it but more

what time you buy it. There are several 4 minute windows each day which are favorable for you, the one is stronger than the other

depending on the location of the planets, you have to know the exact time of birth to calculate this. You should look into Jack Gillen's books where
