946, mirror the 9 to equal 4 for ya 3rd digit when solving for 96x..see how easy that is. that would have got you a box hit. this was the first time in a while that my pair was split, we actually were solving for the middle digit.i routinely make my pairs front or back and play them one time box and once exact so that i cover bases. thats just whats comfortable for me. make adjustments based on your budget.

Solving the pairs is my gift, something that i just got good at. i dont have a day job so i have lots of time to study each state. i download each state drawings and crunch the pairs down to a week and run pairs based on the week or even a month.

You're welcome, Jewels. Mirrors are very easy, just add 5 (no carry). So the mirror of 0 is 5. The mirror of 7 is 2 (7+5 = 12 = 2).

how to solve the 3rd digit:

lets say we are looking at the 47 pair...i know 2 of the three digits in the next draw are 4 and 7, so to solve for the 3rd digit i refer to the rules of the lottery when looking for a third digit. most of the time numbers travel in pairs, pairs that are mirror images of themselves. so in the case of 47 pair if i were to consider a third digit for 47x , i'd right away consider the mirror to 4...
