Whats with the 2 digit repeat in numbers - 49 (749 midday, 946 eve)

and 3 digit repeat in win 4 - 143 (1843 midday, 1434 eve)

this seems to happen alot

NY Lotto Stats? Sounds like a interesting mag, thanks for sharing the missing 869x. Here is a interesting item about the 869, or at least the 86 - I was looking to see when the last time the 8 hit in first position and turns out it was 7/19 as 8620 ... so the 86 hit together with the 2 but not the 9.
