however it needs refinement because 7x4 = $28 too much combinations...If we can lower them to $10 or better: $5.....

The delta differences numbers but only of the first 2 numbers and last 2 numbers...Example: 6382 =

Delta Difference is:3 and 6...

6-3 = 3

8-2 = 6

so for the: 3 and 6 you have: for the 3 you have:

1-4: 2-5: 3-6: 4-7: 5-8: 6-9: 9-0 [treat 0 as 10]....

for the 6 you got:

1-7: 2-8: 3-9: 4-0

and you just pair them up...Now imagine when there is single doubles...
