I think this a Great option for Florida Players by their lottery. I wish we had it in Wa State.

I don't know HOW MANY TIMES I HAVe been off BY 1 DIGIT. I could win a small amount

in that state every other day and use that as my playing money. Hope it helps you Win Big

Todd I believe you misread this post. This is not a new System that Walsh has come up with. The Florida State Lottery has decided to offer a new way to play Pick 3 in their state. It's called the 1 - Off Cash 3, in which you can win a small amount of money if your 1 - Off number is one of the 26 - 1 - Off numbers on the New Pick 3 play slip.

I haven't checked the Official Florida Lottery website yet myself, but according to Walsh, this New Pick 3 Game begins in Florida on August 23, 2010.... [ More ]

Look at the date one that thread -- May 6, 2003. And if you read the thread, you'll see Lucky describe how he posted the system years earlier on the old Maybell's site.
