I could see if it were just numbers with 16 that it could be a glitch....................but there are others such as 551 which also have profiles that are almost non-existent when comparing profiles of numbers to other states. These are from the midday computer draw. These are just a few of the many examples. It could be just coincidence, anything is possible with a random draw. But a glitch is equally as possible, considering what's happened before.

Definite glitch and problem with programming...or tinkering with programming. I remember awhile back..quite awhile, there was a book I had

that listed the hot numbers since the lottery's beginning and how many times they had shown since then. The ones that we've been getting

in the last few years multilple times and in the same position are not them. Something definitely has changed and whatever it is, it's not good.
