			<description><![CDATA[<p>I could see if it were just numbers with 16 that it could be a glitch....................but there are others such as 551 which also have profiles that are almost non-existent when comparing profiles of numbers to other states. These are from the midday computer draw. These are just a few of the many examples. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Keystone thank you.<br /><br />Definite glitch and problem with programming...or tinkering with programming. I remember awhile back..quite awhile, there was a book I had<br /><br />that listed the hot numbers since the lottery&#x27;s beginning and how many times they had shown since then. The ones that we&#x27;ve been getting<br /><br />in the last few years multilple times and in the same position are not them.
