RANDOMNESS or PREDETERMINED when it comes to CASH 3.

I ponder these 2 paradigms today as I consider my great defeat yesterday in predicting the 399 for MiDAY only to come out at EVENING.

Do we really have the ability to use a system that gets us that much closer to a more predicatble outcome? Or is it just total randomness ?

Are trends really trends? Or do they just look that way?

How is it so many 2 digit returns appear in the very next draw?
