I have noticed the number ' 1 1 1 ' on a lot of license plates lately so I played it last week once and today. Glad I picked the Lucky Sum because

I GOT IT!!!

50 bones coming my way, woohoo!!!

This is my first win ever on pick 3 and only my 2nd good win on pick 4 or pick 3 (hit $18 on lucky sum first time I ever played pick 4 back around April of this year) so I am quite content.

i agree 100% ekem6078 if you have too many numbers to play you can't justify spending 3 dollars on a double, i sure you are like others and myself included can only afford a certain amount, and then if you are lucky to hit cash3 payout is horrible, i track root sums and look for signs but i can not bring myself to put one dime on cash 3.

With you TNTicketlosers TN is hard as hell to hit. One day last week I read in the Tennesseean newspaper where the TN lottery was running low on funds (for school scholoships) they said they were using the money for many other school projects too. I also agree that they see how many winning tickets their are and payout the smallest amount to the lowest amount of ticket winners played. I think it's a sham too. If everyone one would look at the big picture,the Tennesee Lottery has been running now for 7 years right? 6? whatever the number is....and the payouts are getting smaller all the time.A payout of 15 thousand on midday draw,that should tell you something,,,,either people are not playing or they see what is played and payout the smallest they can and get by with it....This state is the worse in the country....it doesnt matter what system you have or use it does no good here...the big picture is a... No one could play cash 4 in the downtown nashville or surrounding areas from 1:15 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Something is up with such low payouts. But usually when she does this, a big payout follows. They haven't figured out that if you have player confidence, you get more players, thus more $$$ for the so called lottery scholarship shortfall.

Tn eve 019 uh last time 109 hit it hit 019 .Tn is silly clerks told us no playing cash 4 on 9/23 cause their machine was fried ....uh that is why the ball machines are great .most lotteries have 3 machines they pretest the 3 machines and if there is a problem they use the machine that works.Tn continues to make my wife wonder she said even the 827 just hit 287.I mean you have several and i mean alot of #s that have not hit in year or some cases 2 years and then you have one # that just hits over...
