LOL this is awesome! My dad and mom split a pick 3 VA ticket on the first ever drawing back in 1992 i believe and won for $80

Not sure about tickets back then, but now there are rules printed on the back. They are usually a set time once the end of the game period, that you must claim them. I've seen both 180 days and 365 days. So, if it is a top prize winner, most likely it will look good in a frame.

When the lottery first started back in Sept of 1988, I bought one and never scrached it off, Just found it wonder what it might be worth
