Someone sent me a PM about an Excel Pick 3 One Up One Down File.

Well, here it is.

But, before you do the download, we need to go over something.

In a Pick 3 - One Up, One Down you are essentially trying to uniformly fit a 3x3x3 cube in a 10x10x10 cube.

Unfortunately, you can only get 27 - 3x3x3 cubes in.

There is a remainder that has to be dealt with and organized relative to the 3x3x3 cubes.
