Seems to lack neatness, doesn't he/she?

I think this is correct?

Low frequency pairs are = 13,59,79,11,77,99 02,04,68,00,22,88

High frequency pairs are = 15,17,35,19,37,39,57,33,55 06,24,08,26,28,46,48,44,66

30 pairs to play instead of 55 , the low freq pairs hit approx 40% of the time while the high freq pairs have an average hit rate of about 60 %. What are the best ways at locating the 3 rd number ? So basically to use this system you will have to ask yourself the following questions = what field do we play from, low frequency pairs or high frequency pairs? Could you please CLARIFY which are your Low High Frequency Pairs ???

This is confusing.

to get the 3rd number you sometimes have to play all 10 to hit, and that is expensive, and if you play .50 payoff is not worth it. i quit playing cash 3 seems pointless. but i hope you figure it out, someone needs to. good luck my friend.

For over 2 years now i have studied the pick 3 game,any serious pick 3 player knows that there are only 30 pairs that show up 100 % of the time,these pairs are broken into low freq. pairs / high freq. pairs.Low show up 40 % and high show up 60 % .Pairs are as follows =

Low freq. pairs = 13,59,79 02,04,68 High freq. pairs = 15,17,35,19,37,39,57 33,55
