			<description><![CDATA[<p>I got this on a P.M. by dr san:<br /><br />I am after a Open wheel lotto program so I can create wheels with 85 to 90% cover.<br /><br />At the same time this program must be able to create a wheel that removes any combinations that has 3 or more numbers in common as any previous draw while maintaining the credibility of the wheel.
