			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t use wheels per say but guess you could consider my controlled generator software for Texas Two Step as wheeling software. Reason being I can block specific groups of numbers, indicate how may Denominations and ratio of Even and Odd Numbers to use and then let the software generate possible combinations in numerical order.</p>]]></description>
