			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t think the question is &#x27;why do tickets expire&#x27; but rather &#x27;why don&#x27;t people keep track of their tickets&#x27;.<br /><br />I treat every ticket I get as a winner and I&#x27;m sure to put it in a place that I won&#x27;t forget about it. The tickets expiring is definitely not a problem. I&#x27;m responsible enough not to chunk the tickets in the back of the closet to let them get buried under whatever.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I never could understand why people buy lottery tickets that could be worth millions and just put them away and forget about them. Personally, when I buy my Power ball, Mega Millions, Hot Lotto, Delaware Multi win tickets, I want to know what the numbers are as soon as the drawing is over.
