sorry, this is the last post i am going to make on this thread...Masssage places should use mentolatum vicks and similar ointments...

do you know how many people world wide have body aches because they slept not with good posture and will like a massage for that day...Like 60 Million people world wide...

nike has 5 million chinese making their shoes, i never heard of anyone having: 20 million refugees doing massages...

something i ALWAYS wanted is for Massages to cost: $10 bucks or $5 bucks that way i ll get me one: EVERYWEEK...I think is better to go to a massage than to go to surfing or watching Air shows for example...

massages are: EXPENSIVE AS H....

i also noticed that been fat causes the body to be more tense as been in a tight corner with the walls closing down on you day per day...

the military should have massages places on each base...

that s why i dont do predictions and i will not do them, i want to quit LP, dedicate myself to learning English, learning the English Tessaurus, past participles of the irregular verbs, idioms, ect...

i spend too much time on LP...would had been super happy had the lottery been about english words and not numbers or math and not numbers.....

on my breaks i drink me red wine to relax me specially because i am fat...if i drank beer i will drink beer every 2 or 3 hours to take a break from LP... [ More ]

I often take breaks when I got alot going on, sometimes I'll just keep playing the same number until I have time to do workouts. I find I have more money at the end of the week when I take a break.

I play what I like and if one of them comes, that's good, if it doesn't , I get angry, but then I normally stop for about a week or two - then start to play what I like again. This, way I stay ahead of the game and don't get overwhelmed. So yes, I agree with taking a break now and again - it's good for you.

Something I've learned so far is that when I try to pick the Right Numbers, I usually pick the Wrong ones!

So I don't Try,

I look at my Worksheet and Relax,

Then pick numbers without effort.. and that way I get more hits

also I've noticed that when I select my numbers quickly I get better results

I also meditate! and Joker, I think what you're doing with glowing numbers in a dark room is a brilliant idea for using numbers to meditate

yeah, that happens to me too.

What i do when i get overwhelmed, I have these custom made papers I ordered years ago, that have orange glow in the dark numbers printed on the paper that fills up the entire page. I have a hundred or so of these pages that I paste to my walls and shut the lights off. I lay down on my bed and just stare at all those thousands upon thousands of glowing numbers for hours and hours. It helps me take my mind off the numbers.

Yes, I'm taking a break, because, Friday I played, 213, it dropped Sunday, 213 straight.

All week, I've played the number the day before.

Yesterday, I played, 881, didn't play it back tonight, it dropped straight.

I have decided that I am stressed out from worrying about lottery numbers to choose today and will take a break for a day or two, that happens to me all the time- I take a break and then I feel better about playing the numbers!

Does anyone else ever feel that way as well
