			<description><![CDATA[<p>This is a way to keep most people from finding out that you won the lottery. In North Carolina you have to reveal your name and your hometown but you don&#x27;t have to have your picture taken. What I propose is simple. Before you claim the prize just change your address to another city at least 50 miles from your current home. This might cost a little money but it would be worth it. And after claiming the prize you could return to your old home. Just consult an attorney first.</p>]]></description>
