1. Because its dynamic and must be addressed that way to win.

2. Always play pick 3 daily, night and day; big game (Powerball, Mega-Millions) played once a week.

3. Success is around 7 on a 10 point scale.

I couldn't check anything because I use 2 strategies...One for weekly play and one for daily play

the weekly play seems to pan out better over all and I give it a 7 on a scale of 1-10

Daily.

1) I have Random Access Memory and it's changes frequently.

2) That matters if i've gained any Level 1 Cache.

3) It's binary man, 01110011 01101111 01101101 01100101 01110100 01101001 01101101 01100101 01110011 (sometimes)

I only play pick5 and jackpot games and none of them daily. The strategy I use was developed by looking at past drawings and what happened the following drawings so I update my data files every time before picking combinations for the next drawing to avoid picking combinations that have already won.

prob about 6 months, one syndicate is set and never cvhanges cuz people in it are superstitious.

others i have free reign in. and change about every 6 months.
