			<description><![CDATA[<p>2by2 is a Pick4 you can deduce too...the only problem is that it cost: $2, but is a Pick4 and you can use the ending digits, as a pick4 and then deduce because deducing can come out to like: 5 tickets...<br /><br />and is even better than Pick4 because: 3/4 pays: $200 which is: $200 pick4 box payout...the only problems is that it costs: $2...<br /><br />but i am sure you can work it out....</p>]]></description>
