			<description><![CDATA[<p>yesh over in another post someone said i can expect similar results with just random numbers.,<br /><br />so i generated a months worth of pick 3, and looked over all 120 games and compared 1 new random number to ea draw,<br /><br />low and behold there was a str8 hitter amongst them but there wasnt a boxed hit amongst the numbers i checked well except the str8 that would have paid a boxed payment i assume.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>That phenomenon happens more frequently than we realize. In a study done by Ion Saliu of 500 PA Evening draws, the same numbers were drawn in the following Evening draw 15 times. That works out to 3%. In his study one could have made a minimum 20% profit just by boxing last night&#x27;s number. I would be curious to hear from other members what their research has shown on the subject.<br /><br />I play in IL and I would say that 3% figure seems fairly accurate in midday-evening numbers being the same.
