			<description><![CDATA[<p>In the past, I spent maybe max about $200/year. The most I played on Powerball is $50 when the jackpot gets big ($150m+) and I really don&#x27;t play till it gets to $100m. After buying, I try to channel positive energy. Basically I&#x27;m buying hope. But even then, I know I just spent on hope alone.<br /><br />I&#x27;ve changed to playing about $5 max ($75m+) or $1/person with friends. I think now I&#x27;m on $75/year or maybe even less.</p>]]></description>
