You know....this may explain why, when I lived in PA: for 3 years straight, it was constantly lawyers who won the lottery. Seriously. It would tick me off that these (usually) well-off people were taking away my chances! But perhaps they hated their job, which makes me feel better about that situation.

I don't believe one's attitude about anything has any bearing on their chances of winning. I WILL say it is better to appreciate the fact that you ARE working, and apply yourself to do as well as you can (before your job is outsourced to some third world toilet) There are people who enjoy their jobs regardless of what type of work they do. It would be to everyone's advantage to keep working, and not think about what they'd do with a Lotto jackpot.

I agree that you attract what you put out!

I don't hate my job, but i sure don't like my boss much (thank goodness i work from home and not in an office!) . I can't wait for the day when I can shove all my files and folders in a zip file and send it over saying 'BYE! YOU FIGURE IT ALL OUT!'

i often quip one of the greatest accomplishments of my life is that after teaching teenagers how to drive (my current job) for 6 years....... that i am not a raging alcoholic because of my job.

i can't even start drinking because rehab is for quitters, and i ain't no quitter.

I think your attitude in general affects your life and your winning. I think if you have a negative attitude towards everything in life, you're going to attract negative things back to you. If you're a positive person, think positive, good thoughts, you'll attract positive, good things back towards you.

I'm with you stephi, I'm not crazy about humans either.

Most of em talk too much. They even have little devices attached to their heads now so they can talk nonstop to people who aren't even there. Loudly, very loudly. Even while they're driving.

I hate that.

I think we should go back to the telegraph.

I dislike the humans that I currently work with currently work under so I can say that it makes a difference in me spending more time than ever finding patterns on paper picking numbers. I still play only when I can afford to do so feel I have a good chance with the numbers I chose.

Ridge, I find that being drunk helps (in thinking, though not in winning [but winning does help in being drunk; my biggest win ever was $100, which I spent on fancy alcohol]).

Tiggs, I'm not sure who anyone is here, but as far as I know I'm not related to anyone. But it's only natural that similar thoughts will be found among multiple people.

I believe in a totality in unison. The higher power will favor whom he favors.

Attitudes do not affect the dispensing of favor. Attitude is a part of the unitary totality, but neither controls nor is controlled by anything.

The fact that i hate my job with a passion gives me even more of an impetus to make a living off of P-3. And after today's purchase of a program, I think I have finally found what I've been searching for since 1988.

This only proves that determination does pay off in the long run.
