Thanks for your advice but i don't play any one's predictions usually, except my own i also have been studying the pick 4 game for over 30 years hence the name (four4me) remember I'm the guy that says pic 4 is easier.

Pick 4 is a little easier because there are pairs that repeat often.

I have been following numbers since the age 10.Every state is different if you been following numbers openly than you become familiar with your state.There are local predictions and statewide predictions, which are generally and most likely to hit anywhere anytime but if you know how to read number patterns you know when to start playing them, and they usually travel.Local predictions are more particular or more specific numbers.State wide or general predictions are more out of smart luck, my me... There was a similar case like this Porn story a few years ago in the news, but the case was never closed because there was a hung jury....

So the Judge made the decision to sack the Plaintiff with a heavy fine. The Plaintiff returned the Jewels back to the defendant in return for payment of the ticket. Sometimes Justice hangs in the balance.....

One month is hardly enough time to come to a conclusion that certain balls favor the draw more than other balls. They could have repeatedly used the same set of balls for days. Or alternated a separate set of balls for the midday drawing and used a different set of balls for the evening drawing.

Right now a #9 hasn't been drawn in the 4th position in pick 4 for 55 draws. And no position for about 9 draws. One thing is for sure it will be drawn at some point so adjust your plays so you might w... [ More ]

Explain why people win using different systems on a consistant basis if the lottery is random.I don't know anything about the balls being magnetized in some states the drawings are not live.

The day of the week controls the balls. But it does that only with certain combinations.

For example, in the Virginia Pick 3, if the first ball selected on a Sunday is a 2, then the second ball is never a 9. No 29x front pair has ever won on a Sunday in Virginia - and Virginia has been conducting Sunday drawings, day and night, for almost four years now. Likewise, if the first ball selected on a Sunday is a 7, then the second ball is never a 4.

a friend of mine works for one of the old accounting firms that used to supervise the lottery here in illinois - he said, yes it is truly random. the lottery balls are inspected on a daily basis, there are multiple sets, all the balls are checked for perfect weight and measure before each draw. if one ball is out of whack - the entire set is discarded.

the machines are also put through a quality test each time.

but yes, i still think its rigged...

Some food for thought, from 8/12/09 through 9/11/09 in the midday Maryland pick 3, that is 29 days. Eighty seven times some one pushed the button on top of the machine. There were zero- 3's, 16- 1's, 15- 2's, 5-4's, 7-5's, 7-6's, 2-7's, 9-8's, 10-9's and 16-0's drawn. I know all the numbers are supposed to even out in the long run, theoretically. In FL there random we use the old lottery draw machine method unlike other states which use number generator software.So the numbers in FL are completely random but they do form patterns and trends which are exploitable and can be used too a players advantage.We have day and evening drawings which makes it a little more difficult but it's still possible.

I stood in line at the gas station this guy bought 921 straight for a dollar 35 times. That night 921 came out straight now where's the conspiracy. Of course he wasn't the only person playing 921 that day or any other day.

The facts are many people win money playing the lottery every day. The people who don't win will cry all the time the lottery is rigged.

We use computers so we can limit doubles and stuff to save money.

Whatever, maybe or maybe not, but they quit selling quite some time before the drawing and the numbers bought and how and for how much are sent to some computer at the lottery place so all that info can be known to Them before the drawing, are They honest or not? Who knows?, But I myself have no trust whatsoever in Them , but that is just me, so it doesn't mean anything.

My opinion is no.Numbers travel diffefrent states in groups.They are randomly selected with in its structure.The lottery programs know exactly what numbers are played.The same way people use wheels, generators and all that stuff, they have a system that knows when you invested money on a certain number and will only reward you according to other numbers being played, if you catch it at the right time it also increases your chances.I have been able to also trap numbers many times thats how i know...
