Wrong, cupcake you are using perpetual numbers in each position.In position 1 you may only have 4 numbers ,position 2 you may have 6 ,position 3 you may have 4 and position 4 you may have 4 too.So,your not using all the digits in each position ..........

The way,I see a positional wheel it would just use the petpetual numbers for each position and then a sum filter to narrow down set to play for game.I have it on paper how it would work.Just within the last 5 days on paper its hit 3 straights and several box plays..

You won't find much in Pick-4 Positional wheels because you pretty much have to make them yourself by playing the numbers in their respective columns against each other.
