It means I want to hear from people that participate in these lotteries. I want to know what the rules and regulations are for foreigners playing these lotteries.

After learning that you had to be a resident of the participating countries inorder to play Euro Millions Lottery, it made me wonder about the regular lotteries that these countries have and what their rules are for

I've already asked this question about the Euro Millions Lottery and learned that you have to be a resident of the participating country to play the Euro Millions Lottery.

My question is does this same rule apply to the regular lotteries ran in foreign countries.
