I think you are mixing apples with peaches which you cannot do in this case. Your odds on a 24-way Pick 4 are 1 in 417 that you will match your 4 numbers (0-9) in any combination from 0000-9999.

Odds of matching 5 out of 5 with 59 White Balls with no PB is 1 in 5,006,386.

$5,006,386 is a far cry from $30,240.

** Excuse me, I thought you were talking about winning their jackpots. If you just want a ticket that win something then you can play all the bonus numbers and win at least $2 or $3 and that cost less than $50.

Well you can do it with Pick4...I ll explain:

24 ways pick4 can play and 1 of them you will get it straight...then you multiply times: 10 numbers or the numbers in between or deducing the 5th number which comes out to: 10 for there are 5 or 6 decades in POwerball...

you use 9 number all numbers except: 0...the 9
