			<description><![CDATA[<p>Pumpi is assuming that one state will have the 5 winning numbers in the past four drawings of one of the other states. He says there are 30 pick-5 drawings so if each past four drawings averaged 17 different numbers every four drawings maybe it&#x27;s possible Pumpi is correct. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Don&#x27;t you mean the law of probability?<br /><br />If there are 30 5/39 games drawn every day, there would be total of 120 past drawings to look at and each set of those past drawings could have up to 20 different numbers. And there is a probably that at least one of those 30 past 4 drawings will have 5 of the numbers drawn in one of those states.<br /><br />You never do the math or have any idea of which group of 4 drawings will have the winning numbers or in which state they will be drawn.
