do i think other people can 'make' certain numbers come up? hmmm probably not. Do i think that some people are gifted with an ability to properly guess or choose numbers that will win or be drawn- sure.

How many lottery stories have we heard where the winner says' I had a feeling' or 'I had a dream' or 'I just knew'. Although, thats a two edged sword, cause if you didnt have a feeling you might win, why would you buy a ticket to begin with? LOL

No, not legitmately, not if everything is on the up and up.

If the fix is in , that's quite a different story - like the scam way back when in Pennsylvania to make 666 be drawn. But I'm sure that's not the kind of influence the OP is asking about.
