Megaplier coming to Ohio in January

According to Todd's post all the non-Megaplier states have supposedly committed to starting the Megaplier by January 2011, that would include Michigan.

I've never used PowerPlay on PowerBall and have only wished I had once so it's unlikely I would use the Megaplier even if it was available.

My understanding is that it will eventually move to Georgia, and be drawn together with the main draw.

Also, all the non-Megaplier states have supposedly committed to starting the Megaplier by January 2011.

Todd, if Texas keeps the Megaplier, then Ohio will join Texas in this Mega Millions game. Why does Ohio do the Megaplier

That's interesting, I wonder if Texas will continue to pick the Megaplier or will it become part of the regular drawing like PowerBall PowerPlay. Ohio will probably move its KICKER game to the Classic Lotto card.

I thought Ohio Mega Millions players would be interested to know that Ohio will offer the Megaplier option starting January 15, 2011.
