@ tech and angel. what yall are saying is so true. nc is so greedy. but by the same token they dont wanna do what they need to be doing concerning the school systems. isnt thats part of what the lottery is supposed to be about. they lay off teachers, cut back on staff altogether. thats one of the reasons i cut back on my playing and like tech said, now i play online. if i play, i want all i can get for my buck, so to say. oh well, i just love TRYING to play the game. good luck to all lp players....
