			<description><![CDATA[<p>Good theory, but the Lottery conducts pretests, and Roulette or any other similar game doesn&#x27;t.<br /><br />This is what I&#x27;ve been saying about pretests for the longest time, rotation of the tubes and machine rotations. Those 16 numbers could&#x27;ve shown during those pretests, thus throwing the whole thing out of whack. Unless the officials disclose the pretest info, it&#x27;s a waste of time.<br /><br />Maybe applying the law to Roulette or similar games may work better.</p>]]></description>
