Larry Blair and Paul Connor(lotto hidden secrets) seems to be the same person. Both are scam artists.

Also, I remember one person on the net who did his homework thoroughly and said that the photos of him were actually someone else, and he proved it.

I haven't read the book, but If it's the same person I'm thinking of, the guy who got shot by a gun in the parking lot of a supermarket or something, then he's scamming everyone to buy the book. I did research on the net and found many people complaining about him.

I believe I even saw some info about his shenanigans here on the LP.
