That may be true also, but I think what I really meant was that the NH lottery is purposely lying not estimating about the amount spent so folks won't go out and buy the system, thus possibly hurting their bottom line when/if a lot of people start winning .

They could also be lying for the sake of other state lotteries, not just their own.

That is one thing I can agree with Joker. I noticed they didn't specifically say Steve Player, but said they can tell by the store sales a lot of tickets were purchased.

That leaves me to believe they are guesstimating the amount Steve Player spent by looking at the ticket numbers and tracking the batch based on the consecutive combinations he was playing. Naturally he could be playing more, or less.

If the state really wanted you to win, they'd be offering state approved lottery systems, or state endorsed wheeling software.

Why would any state lottery endorse any lottery system or wheeling system after assuring all its players that their games are totally random and every combination has an equal chance of coming up regardless of how it's picked. It's the vendors of these systems that claim they can beat the odds.

My guess was based on the assumption there was a total of 149 jackpots paid out and not on the actual data. I didn't see the actual data because you posted it before I finished my post. The ratio I used was 1.5:1 when the actual ratio is 1.3:1.

But the point I was trying make was about Steve Player's claim that his group of numbers will win 63% of the jackpots. We don't know if that means in 63% off all 358 drawings or exclusive to the 149 drawings where a jackpot was won.

My curiosity was peeked by the ad, more than the discussion so I set up a routine to determine what SUM RANGES hit 63% of the time. I don't have access to the Little Lotto data so I used the 3931 draws of Texas Cash 5 and 4689 draws of the NJCash5.

Sum ranges between 74 and 116 hit 63.0374% of the time. Not to derail the discussion, but this means you cover 42 sum ranges which encompass about 217,000 numbers with no filtering.

I agree a lot of his system are INSANELY over priced and that's why I only purchase stuff under $60 and only if it's worth buying and in his defense though he does have systems that are within an affordable price range not all of his systems are outrageously expensive.In fact some of the cheaper ones are actually better than some of the expensive ones.

I would say to anyone if this is the way that you want to spend your money on a person who has won

jackpots, and make just as much money off the general public with system that might give a little profit

to keep you coming back go ahead. A lie doesn't care who tell it. That is highway robbery to charge that

Coin's statistics, 149 jackpots paid out of 358 drawings doesn't reflect on, how many of the 358 drawings had a jackpot winner because the 149 includes multiple winners on the same numbers. I'm guessing about 90 of the 358 drawings had jackpot winners. Consider that the thread is about Steve Player's $747.50 system for the IL Little Lotto. Do you really think someone who shells out that kind of money for a system is looking for a higher hit percentage? No, they are looking to hit a jackpot.

As for the dartboard, let's say it's a dollar a dart. The person throwing one dart has payed one dollar for the dart to throw. The person throwing 10 darts (who has bought the system) has paid the system seller $747 and pays $10 per dart.

However, with writing whoever goes to where the fish are biting will catch more fish.

So the one with the most percentage hits will be the one with the system , in this case the quick picks.

A lot of these systems sellers tell you never to play quick picks, especially Van something or other in Texas. Considering the stats above once they say something like that it proves that they are not in the least interested in you winning, only in you purchasing their system, often so they can take your $$$ and play more themselves.

Steve Players systems do work he's been using them for many years and does win more often then the average player and he wins LARGE sums of money if his systems didn't work then how is he winning?? If you go to 'his' (I'm still not comvinced he's a real person, rather a think-tank / publishing house) website there are quite a few systems listed for every game. If any one of them actually did work, what would be the need for the others?

The lowest priced ones are at the top of each list and the prices increase from there.
