Just something I noticed that can probably help you in your states.

I dont usually play pick 4's but have been watching lately....

I play NY, FL IL and saw a follower pick 4.

New York Evening draw was 9024 on the 22nd then on the 24th New York Midday draw was 0547

Well Florida Midday draw on the 25th was 9042 and today Florida Midday draw is 5470.

It appears that the combo of 5 4 7 0 follows the combo of 9 0 4 2....
