Merc Moves Direct/I hate it when that happens

Well, it's here, Merc officially moves direct again today (already). However, this is not an instantaneous thing so the effect will be around a day or two. Take yesterday for example. Snowed in since the 24th eve, got out just slightly yesterday and pinged hard on MD 5718 and 781/187. This is a direct ping because our bordering state is MD, and there is plethora of cars with MD license plates, for one thing.
