			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have back checked this in the WI Pick 3 4 came up with this observation<br /><br />lets say in the Pick 3 the draw was 705 if you subtract 1 # from each of those<br /><br />#s you would get the 3 new numbers 694 ( think of the 0 as 10 - 1 = 9 ) when I<br /><br />back checked the past 100 draws I came up with about a 62% where one of those<br /><br />new numbers was drawn in the next Pick 3 in the Pick 4 it was 72%.<br /><br />Problem is, even though those %s are not to bad I can&#x27;t figure out which of the 3 new<br /><br />#s is gone sho... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/226447">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
